There is insufficient data on the impact of severe acute respiratory coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) reproductive tissues, its possible risk cross-contamination, transmission and adverse effect in vitro fertilization (IVF) outcome. Until today, there no report associated with viral RNA both follicular fluid embryo culture medium from SARS-COV-2 positive women. In this case report, a 24-year-old woman SARS-CoV-2 was presented. We investigated positivity mildly symptomatic oocyte pick up (OPU) day. could not detect neither nor medium. addition, although response ovarian stimulation normal, number maturity retrieved oocytes were low.
